In 1951 Mr. Ignat Kanev immigrated to Canada and started working in the construction business originally building houses for newly arrived immigrants. In 1956 he started his own construction company.
The Erindale Corporate Centre was developed by Kaneff Corporation in three phases between 1984 -1990. Built as an A Class office complex overlooking the parklands of Credit River and Riverwood Conservatory it quickly leased space to businesses looking to take advantage of this unique location centered for commuter access; at the Erindale Go Train Station, My Way bus-hub and centered equally to Oakville, Brampton and Toronto all while being minutes away from Mississauga's City Centre.
